3-5 Team Members

A Team Member is a student eligible to debate for their team according to the rules of the tournament, who has been chosen by the sending organisation. It does not include students who are ineligible to debate according to the rules, nor does it include students who are not intending to debate as part of the team. Hence it does not include reserves or non-debating members.

Registration fee:120 € per debater

Team Coach and Team Manager

The Team Coach and Team Manager may be the same person but there must be someone who is coaching and someone who is the Team Manager, either two separate people or the same. Team coach and team manager can participate also in capacity of the Judge. Both the Team Coach and Team Manager must be a responsible adult who is over 18. The Team Manager and Team Coach must accompany the team to every debate and function on the tournament, and amongst other things is responsible for liaising with judges and officials on behalf of the team.

Registration fee:60€ per Coach or Manager

Judge

A Judge is a person who is familiar with the rules of the tournamnet, and who will attend the judges training and assessment sessions and to judge whatever debates the Chief Adjudicator of the Tournament may reasonably ask them to judge.Each team is supposed to bring at least one judge.

Observer

Each team has an option to bring observers to attend the tournament.

Each team has an opportunity to bring observers.

The Registration Fee

The registration fee for the tournament is set at 120 € per debater and 60€ per judge. Each team is supposed to bring at least one judge. There is also an option for observers to attend the tournament, but they will be required to cover their full stay 120 €. The fee will be paid during registration process,before accommodation.

The fee includes accomodation, meals, transport all over the place (Olomouc) and leasure activities.
